IRS: DAY ONE TRAINING
I don’t even know where to begin.
First of all, after a day of training (admittedly, it was mostly final paperwork, getting my badge, the tour of the building, that kind of thing) I still have no real idea of what my job actually is.
Secondly, we spent about an hour being taught what a page number is, and how it works.
See, you’re re-reading that because you think I must mean something other than what you first thought. Nope, its exactly what you think. How To Read A Page Number in a book.

Also, what it means when the book refers to “see figure A.” That means that there is a picture somewhere near that the book is referencing. That is, I was told, repeatedly, what a “figure” is.

I swear i’m not making any of this up. We spent around five hours, five paid hours, learning how to read.
By the end of it, I was begging for the sweet release that only death can bring. And I have another 3 days of it.
